Here's my path: login to my norton com, upper right is "My Norton", within this pull down I go to "My Subscriptions" On this page is the attached image lifelocklink pdf which has button link that says "Member Portal"

Yesterday I had a hard disk failure I rebuilt the PC and tried to reinstall Norton AV I attempted to log in via norton com in order to download the software but all attempts to enter my password (recorded, so I know it was correct) failed I reset my password but the new password failed too - a number of times I was able to create a new account on the same email address but was unable to

Since entering a new product key for Norton 360 (worked fine previous key), have not been able to 'Sign In' to my account within the desktop app Funny that, during install when asked to login (Sign In) to my account it worked just fine Once the install is finished, when I try to login it fails, says 'Server error'; eludes to and issue on Norton's end (will add screen shot at end of post) I
